Miriam was amazing ! She was so nice, welcoming, and really made the whole experience comfortable. She was very attentive and catering to everything we needed. Her energy was so sweet I would love to come back again 🤍

What a disaster. We’re longtime Silverlake Ramen fans and have had great experiences at multiple locations (Cerritos, La Habra, original LA spot), which made last night especially disappointing. We ordered three Blaze Ramen combos, and unfortunately, all three had issues. One bowl (tofu + added corn) came out with pork and no corn. Another (chicken, no corn) came with pork and corn. By that point, my boyfriend didn’t want to send the entire bowl back, so he just asked for a side of chicken and removed the pork himself. The third bowl (chicken, corn, mild, no bean sprouts) came with bean sprouts and an overwhelming amount of chili. After dealing with the first two orders, I didn’t even want to send it back—I just didn’t eat. It was frustrating, especially since we know how good this place can be. The only bright spot was the pork buns—they were excellent as always. Would have been a one-star experience otherwise.

😋 Curry Rice Bowl with Tofu at Silverlake Ramen, green tea and a side of avocado 🥑 Homemade curry, mushrooms, pickled cucumbers and sesame seeds 😍 ❤️🩹 Their Veggie Ramen and Spicy Veggie Ramen explicitly use a miso base for their broths (salty without raising blood pressure), and you may customize any dish to add miso items for good health. Staff was super friendly and offered additional hot water without having to request. Delicious - looking forward to trying the Veggie Ramen next time 🤤

Tried the classic and garlic truffle ramen. The broth was super creamy, the egg was perfectly cooked, and the chashu was melt in your mouth tender, however, I found both to be a little bit too salty for me.
